As I understood, 14 members from E-girls were dropped so they are now a 20 members group "in order to deliver a better performance"
Among the dropped girls was vocalist Yuzuna  The members may eventually re-join E-girls when they became better performers after training on EXILE GYM Now E-girls = Dream + Happiness + Flower + 2 members

The Shuuka boy thing was REALLY unnecesary
I also think it's too much Reina, she already got lots of lines in E-girls songs but now that Chiharu is gone there aren't many options... Also, E-girls is starting their 2nd Concert Tour in Februrary I feel sorry for them... they never get to rest

And it seems that these groups won't ever debut as a group because their line-up is always changing :/
