Very excited over the impending release of KAT-TUN's new album !

I love KAT-TUN's comeback album & I do hope IGNITE will be on par if not better than CAST

Out of all the Johnnys I support over the past decade or so , KAT-TUN is still my favourite Johnny group despite all the horrible things that have happened to them

And knowing that the reminding members chose to solider on instead of disbanding , that's heartening to see which's something NEWS can relate to as well

I love browsig throught spotify and the "what others listen/like" (not sure how it's called in english but where you can see what other artist are listened by other fans.
Sometimes I find new band or singer that I never heared of before but makes good music. My newest discovery is a japaneses band/ singer (not sure) calles dramastore.

Have to talk about again, how strange a-nation is this year.
No Tokyo dates (so far).
And not a single LDH or K-Pop group announced (no Exile, Generations, J Soul Brothers, E-girls, Flower, Tohoshinki, Exo and the likes).
They were stable acts in recent years.
I wonder why.
Could be they gonna perform at the Osaka dates. But it is strange nevertheless.

Yeah it's a big deal in Johnnys' context

Granted that Yamapi & ex SMAP KimuTaku have Weibo accounts but not everyone knows how to read Mandarin

And KimuTaku said that he hired a translator to translate Japanese to Mandarin contents for his Weibo posts

Only when Johnnys leave J&A such as ex ONE OK ROCK's TAKA , ex KAT-TUN's Akanishi Jin , Tanaka Koki , ex SMAP's Kusanagi , Shingo & Goro then they're free to open SNS

So for Yamapi to be able to do that while still being part of J&A , it's unheard of

Johnnys lose out so much over the last decade or so & their mentality towards digital related promo makes no sense in this era

Well at least it's better late than never

And with regards to this year's a-nation , I think avex is still finalising details but if this year there's no Tokyo dates , that would be just weird on every level

Frankly I don't know why it took KAT-TUN's Kame so long to release solo material but better late than never

Guess it's a matter of timing . Kame's past solo ballads tend to be miss for me but something about Rain , it's so different in a good way

Also , it sucks that Hey ! Say ! JUMP are not doing a tour this year but for once it's none of the members' fault(s)

J&A only resort to this as the last resort & hopefully the fans will stop behaving inappropriately , it doesn't reflect well on them & also on HSJ -_-

There's a new law taking effect today to prevent illegal reselling of tickets. Paper tickets as well as QR codes. Haven't read yet what's illegal now in detail.
The only thing the media states is that e.g. selling tickets at venues as well as illegal resales on the internet are covered. It's "prohibited to resell without the consent of the organizer" and it's "illegal even if it is not for business purposes if reselling at a fixed price or higher is repeated many times".

Hey! Say! JUMP cancelled their domestic Arena tour this year & for once it's not the members' fault but it's due to their fans' poor behaviour

King & Prince also faces the same problem but surprisingly their upcoming tour will go on as planned

I guess for HSJ this problem has been going on for years as not counting their 2007 debut , HSJ been in the business for almost if not close to 15 years unlike King & Prince who only debuted last year

Guess Japan's loss of an Arena HSJ tour this year is Taiwan's gain as today 4 HSJ members are in Taiwan personally to announce they'll be performing in Taipei

And my Taiwanese friends who're in HSJ fanclub are considering to attend even though they're now based in Japan

AAA just announced another Dome tour for the last two months of 2019. Which means 2019 is another year for them having an arena and then a Dome tour right after another. And their arena , which just started, has 5 more dates than 2018, so still going strong.

Second batch of performers for TV Tokyo's Music Festival was announced as well.

Bubblegum Brothers are among the new acts - I see Kuu and them performing Won't Be Long again.

On a sadder note - the leader of the band Kana Boom is currently missing. Nobody was able to contact him the whole week and they had to cancel their concert scheduled for today now.
Hope they find him safe somewhere.

This problem unfortunately exists pretty much worldwide , my country is no exception to this too

U2 will be performing here for the 1st time in my country so I'm sure the online ticket sale system will crash once that's open with it being 1st come 1st serve basis

The amount of TV promo ARASHI is doing for 5x20 All the BEST!! 1999-2019 is wow especially appearing in due time on shows such as NHK SONGS & Tere to Ongakusai 2019 for the 1st time which they have never appeared before in their 20th anniversary in the business until now

And it's so hard to believe the last time ARASHI appeared on CDTV was 2005 which was way before I got into Japanese music :s

I look forward to see how much 5x20 All the BEST!! 1999-2019 will sell & I wouldn't be surprised if their new best album will cross the magic million mark , just like what happened to All the BEST! 1999-2009 a decade ago

Lastly , whatever happened to BRAVE ? I thought ARASHI might release it before the Heisei era ends but that didn't materialised

That's hands down the most beautiful looking best album I've ever seen & it looks like a release that no doubt will make a big statement in years to come

To think ARASHI struggled in selling their music when they were under Pony Canon (which A.B.C-Z are currently under) before they switched to JStorm was mind bogging

Now ARASHI easily can sell without releasing gazillion million versions of their releases

At least even J&A has their limits when comes to their artistes' releases but when KAT-TUN released their debut single Real Face , it had 7 versions so haha
