is there any news on an overseas version?? I am cheap

If there is no overseas version I will get the Japanese version next month but I'd reather get a cheaper copy if possible.

it will be out this coming fri on Taiwan but YesAsia will list it on their site about 2-3 weeks later

I have SOS to my friend who's living in Taiwan to get it for me on Fri when it's out
