I would highly recommend for people who are running to cancel their orders to wait at least to hear the songs (and interludes) though.

I can see most running back pre-ordering/ordering it after loving the songs.

i think cancel the order is a good way to say what you think about it. some people want buying full songs not short melodies.

anyway...
i don't know but something in my mind is telling me that the only interesting things in this album will be "LOVE'n'HATE" and "sparkle"

something similar with GUILY album with "together when.." and "marionette" (the only new -good-songs on it)

Still can you judge the whole work without hearing songs themselves? And about Guilty, its your subjective opinion ^^

A lot of people here have Memorial address which has 8 full songs.
NEXT LEVEL will have 10 (or 10 and a half if Bridge to the sky is a short song) so I don't see what's the problem.
People also can cancel their orders after checking the songs out or at least hear glimpses of them.

By the way... were the acapellas at AT08 based on public request, right?
We had a lot of very old songs from her (like a song for xx), but still, she sang glitter^^

OK, so Curtain call is up at recochoku and the only parts available for download are 3 verses and a bridge. Seems like there is indeed no chorus.

^um, actually, you do still here about seasons and m, especially if you're at karaoke. and especially if you ask casual ayu fans what they're favorite songs are. they're usually not going to say any new ones. i still enjoy them, but they aren't the same...SEASONS was/is an amazing song that obviously struck a chord with the Japanese public that her recent singles haven't been doing. *shrug*

i'm worried for this album now... but i'm amazed that people already cancelled their orders without even hearing the songs in full, that's amazing that without even hearing the songs you've decided that you don't like it.

They have cancelled because apparently having 4 interludes is a deal breaker.

I swear the more I read these kinds of threads the more I'm SICK of jpop fans. They seem like spoiled brats more so than fans.

Ayu can do whatever she wants with her music. It is HER artform. Yes fans buy it but it is hers in the end.

Fans complain about not having a full albums worth of new songs, yet they buy the singles? If this was american music style and the singles released AFTER the album than they'd have what they wanted BUT this is japan. They release singles first and about 6-10 new tracks on the album.

SERIOUSLY, quit *****ing. If you don't want to pay $30 bucks for 6 more full songs than dl it here and quit ****ing complaining.

And don't say you support Ayu by buying it because if you really were supporting her than you wouldn't *****.

Sorry I had to rant. I'm having a bipolar moment. LOL And this isn't directed at you, tokyoxjapanxfan

so, eventho the interludes thingy is a rip-off , i think you, ayufans, are gonna love the new tracks... or maybe not?

love n' hate - is gonna be the favorite of many, its the one that stands out of the bunch (i actually like this song x_x)
Energize - mph..... haha ... lol
rollin' - it could've been better.. its the same issue with sparkle, the song is going nowhere, but the music is better this time imo
identity - doesnt fit the album, sounds like a reject from guilty (pukes). it kinda reminds me of decision, but lol i only listen to that song once so XD

curtain call - ew ew ew ew ew ew x_x piano only ballad.... the melody is AWFUL! and church choirs? really, ayu? XD

thats the only ones i got to listen to.

i'm only interested in love n' hate, is it going to get a pv?

i really don't care how many interludes there are as long as the album's good, to be quite honest. "GUILTY" had 4 also. so, what's new?

I thought Disco-munication would be a full song, surprised it's not. Four interludes doesn't hurt, that much. Although I wish there was more A Song for XX or Duty happening. One Introduction Track, 11-15 full tracks.

It seems like a lot of the comments being made about the album have been made from the same group of people whether they have listened to the tracks yet or are just being ignorant and that is people think that Ayu sort of lost her way after Memorial Address. Well for me, Ayu started doing her best work on My Story and has not really stopped since.

Boo hoo about interludes, get over it. They fit perfectly fine on her past albums and have complimented each lead in track perfectly. As far as I'm concerned, Next Level is just going to be another evolution of her sound and I cannot wait to hear the new tracks and what she has planned for the future.
