All this news about "Uncontrolled" is so exciting. I am even thinking about pre-ordering. Decided to wait for it after all the new song previews.

I actually like the full-english in Namie's new song(s). Gives me reasons to let my friends listening to the songs without them saying: "What the frack is this language."

Hey I have only one question. I guess this has been discussed earlier in the threads, but I am a bit lazy to search for it (sorry). I have read that ONLY YOU is going to be the theme song for the soccer up, broadcasted by WOWOW. Is that only in Japan, or are there chances this song will get international?

Also geoff on JPC (who is probably on here too lol) said, "Soon we'll find out that "SINGING YEAH-OH" and "GO ROUND (n ROUND n ROUND)" are all-English versions of her latest single, as opposed to the only half-English original tracks."

Which actually sounds totally plausible and totally awesome!

I definitely prefer the CD only cover over the other one. And I have to agree with a few other members, that these covers look a HELL of a lot better than her "Checkmate" covers.

I just want to hear the other three songs already.

I liked the checkmate covers more, the colours went together well and it didnt come across as poorly executed like the Uncontrolled covers (I do like the idea behind it though). But maybe the actual thing will look better as apposed to just pictures online.
I'm still excited for this album. A cover that I dont like wont make me dislike the songs or anything.

Now that I've seen the larger pic of the CD only cover, I think I prefer the CD+DVD cover over it although I like the textless PLAYBUTTON cover the best.

The covers have grown on me, there's something captivating about them. I think they would have made a much bigger statement if they were textless. But i do like them now (: especially the CD only.

And In The Spotlight sounds great, i can't really judge it from the little LQ clip we have so far but i like what i'm hearing.

Overall I like the photos and the idea behind, but I do think they're absolutely bad for album covers.
Too dark, not captivating - if you see it in a shelf with other CDs in a store, I'm pretty sure you'll look over it...

I totally agree with you on the Uncontrolled covers.

I think they are not fitting to the albums name as well.
They are boring and beautiful, but not an eyecatcher....

I just put the 4 recent Namie's studio-album covers into a picture together to see what I really feel about the new one
And for me the 'Uncontrolled' one totally stands out for its natural factor which is the annular solar eclipse n Namie looks real there. I dunno, while so many ppl said it looked dark, boring etc, I just finds it really attractive
