I say it like uh-lahn (rhyming with gone) with emphasis on the lahn.

That's how I've been saying it. The lady pronounced it like Alan (al-in) Jackson, a country singer. The CMs would let her know how to pronounce avex.

alan's been promoting herself around China as of late, and apparently, because of this little performance of some folk song on a New Years show, has like, quadrupled her popularity there. I wish this was in higher quality, she sounds really good <3
