Why I'm not surprised, people repeating the same stuff again and again here when new release is announced. So easy to bet who will write about what, since everyone cares only about what he/she likes. (not that it's bad, but exaggerated here at AHS).

And let's be honest, you don't like those collaborations because of people, not for the pure fact those songs have featurings.

I think another reason for the dislike is because Ayu has never done a song that has featured other people (minus that awful LOVE ~since 1999~). It's really different, and I guess people aren't used to the idea yet or something?

I thought that was creative and fit along the lines of previous maxis that were titled with single letter/symbols (A, }{, &, L).

lol kidding. You're right, but for me it fits to the same "creativeness" category as FIVE.

Personally I don't mind these titles on the mini, when I first read titles on Love songs I felt weird too but they've already become Ayu-ish. The same it's going to happen with songs on FIVE, you'll see. You won't feel uncomfortable with names if you listen to songs.

Ayu's song/albums titles are never ayu-ish when you first read them. And if you ask me, Ayu's titles were never that creative. I don't know why everyone seems to think there's always some deeper meaning behind her titles when that's rarely the case!

I agree. They seem "Ayu" as time goes on and create an image of that album/era. But seriously... FIVE? Lol.

anyway, i am looking forward to beloved, progress and BRILLANTE. i'm not fond of duets or featured artist songs. new ballads, i hope!

edit: i misread. beloved will be a ballad from the same composer of "MOON / blossom" and her older songs. can't wait!!!

Oh no.... a song with that guy. From his looking, I thought, he will do music like that. And I totaly dislike it.
So... that song has to be worse.
Or they will do Ayu's style... but I think it will be R&B.

Well, I'm actually really surprised she's releasing a new album so early, even though it's mini. Especially when we were expecting the new single to be released only in September! Can't wait for new songs~ And I actually like the idea of the collaborations.

And I don't understand why everyone is complaining and wants a single instead. If you don't like the collaborations, just don't listen to them, because there surely will be people, who'll like them. And you haven't even heard them, how can you be so sure you won't like them? oO For me more new songs=more new stuff=better.

Just to answer your question:

Jejung and JYJ are currently in a dispute with AVEX. I don't know the whole story (can't remember all the details) but it started last year in the fall i think. JYJ had some problems with their new Korean management company being involved in some dirty business. AVEX didn't want to do anything with the Korean company, and wanted to drop JYJ. Not sure though if they've officially dropped JYJ. AVEX have also been trying to stop JYJ from doing a series of relief concerts in Japan after the Tohoku disaster ergo it is not very likely that Jejung will be doing a duet with Ayu in the near future.

I hope this explains it

PS. Junsu's fans have not been very happy about the fact that his brother, JUNO, chose AVEX. DS.

Idek, I hardly know any of those korean/mandarin/cantonese/taiwanese artists or where ever they are from. All that I know is that I love collabs. It's refreshing.

I am excited for a new mini album! I don't know why people are complaining about ayu doing an collaboration with Juno and Naoya Urata. Also on how she isn't releasing a new single... We should be happy that ayu is finally releasing new music.
