Also VS Damashii is fun & surprised the games involved none were brought over from VS ARASHI

Whoever created the new games for VS Damashii are real creative . Drone Escape looks like the drone version of dodge ball if not mosquito avoidance at best

Lastly it was so nice to see Keiko on 1-Oku 3000-Mannin no SHOW Channel . The staff really played up her live action movie Yakusoku no Neverland role

NHK announced today that Matsumoto Jun (37) of "Arashi" will star in the 62nd Taiga drama broadcast in 2023 .

Kosawa Ryota (47) wrote the script for "Ieyasu Tokugawa ," one of the three heroes of the Warring States period, whose main character was Ieyasu Tokugawa, who opened the Edo Shogunate .

Matsumoto Jun lands the lead role in 2023 NHK Taiga drama

It's been announced that Matsumoto Jun will be playing the lead role in the NHK Taiga drama 'Dousuru Ieyasu' to air in 2023.

'Dousuru Ieyasu' is the 62nd NHK Taiga drama and will depict the life of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Its script will be written by Kosawa Ryota, who won the Screenplay of the Year Award for movie 'ALWAYS: Sanchome no Yuuhi' at the Japan Academy Prize, and is also known for writing the scripts for dramas 'Date ~Koi to wa Donna Monokashira~' and 'Confidence Man JP.'

Matsumoto accepted the offer for his first lead role in a Taiga drama last November. He stated that this came at a perfect timing as Arashi was going on hiatus and he was looking for a new adventure. On working with Kosawa, he commented, "Kosawa-san's image of Ieyasu is very original. I hope to create a new Ieyasu together that's different from before."

Sakurai Sho bakes himself a cake for his 39th birthday

On the February 6th broadcast of NTV variety program '1-Oku 3000-Mannin no SHOW Channel,' Sakurai Sho bakes a cake for the first time for his 39th birthday.

Hosted by Sakurai, the concept of this programme is to materialise things that people want to do or see. In the first episode, Sakurai wanted to try something he's not so good at, so he challenged himself to a backflip.

In the upcoming episode, he challenges himself to cook by baking his own birthday cake. For his first time baking a cake, he decided to use a hotel instead of a kitchen.

Rather than watching a video on how to bake a cake, Sakurai, who is also a news presenter, relied on his own coverage to delve into his challenge. With a camera in his hand, he met with professionals and jotted down notes on how to bake a cake.
