glad that there will be a new single for alan i guess that means on the album there will be like only 5 new songs perhaps as she has a scheduled 7 A side songs?

but it will be interesting to see how many songs will appear on her album and judging at this rate we wont see her album until Jan/Feb 2009 too

at least this gives her time to build a bigger fanbase and promote herself more before the album drop as album sales are more important than all her singles.

^ That's what I was thinking. Since her singles have been doing prety well, most notably Red Cliff, it seems they might be expecting her single sales to increase/her become more recognizable from this point on, so why not try and build upon that before the album drops?

Personally, I think it's way too many singles, but whatever. As long as the albun delivers, I'm good.

Gunjou no Tani isn't a single like her other singles though, it's a Charity single like Shiawase no Kane. So chances are, it won't make the album

That's it? Well there is the reason why the single isn't doing great. TV promo is the best in Japan, probably next to theme songs of dramas. Movies/anime/videogame theme songs rarely sell as high compared to drama theme songs. A Music Station or Hey!Hey!Hey! performance would do so much..

It's not that unexpected? She's only had one live, and the movie isn't out yet. If anything, I'd say this is just about right.

And it's still higher than her last too singles so far, I think it'll all work out fine for now, and then we'll see a re-emergence and possible higher charting of it when the movie comes out

actually 2nd live came out today !!! but i guess the single was released too early they should have released it like a week after the movie i think its a bad move by avex
