Hearing the album, the artist alan conveys the image of love and harmony to a person which became even stronger. Isn't is a mother like voice that waited for huge love?

alan: Thank you. However, that's not terrible ( laughs ). Me being a singer, I want to convey to everyone love and harmony songs that includes the heart. That's all. I can do nothing but to sing so, I do my best with my utmost effort only.

The album was full of good songs, wasn't it?

alan: I'm really lucky. From my debut until now I did collaborations with various of Chinese and Japanese musicians. If everyone's fans didn't support me, I think that I wouldn't have been able to create this beautiful album. Continuing this album, I'm grateful to have met everyone.

Were there challenges for the first time?

alan: I had. The song "Together", was the first song I created. The first song making is [ Dream Garden ]'s Chinese version. After that, I flipped to [ desired future ] [ Dream Garden ] [ Blessing Rain ]. And, even though I decided on the album's title, but I talked with the staff about it many times. Even the jacket's picture transmit my own image, I thought that my meaning in this album became visible.

The power of your voice is really amazing. 1 program installation [ celestial maiden ] of alan's voice moved me emotionally.

alan: I mixed the Chinese popular song and world music. This is a life voice. Even in the recording my feelings were good when I sang.

The song called [ one ] is a simple piano ballad song, right?

alan: It's a love themed song. It's a song about us not being alone. Earth is our own home only. All of us inhabited on this single earth, and there is various of love in here. First, family, friends, lovers began from familiar love, and that humanism is tied by the large love. The album's title "Voice of Earth" because the theme of the album, in there I included the message "listen to the voice of earth". Earth is suffering too much right now, and is bearing lots of wounds. The world is one part of earth therefore, I wish to bend my ear to the voice of this earth. My voice is also a part of earth and therefore I want to transmit the message "Let's protect earth" to everyone.

[ ultramarine valley ], Alan's prayer to the major earthquake in Szechwan, I experienced morality's loss action , Cocco composed that song, right?

alan: True. Still currently I didn't meet her but, I had an exchange of letters. I sympathized with her environment feelings, I want everyone's emotions also to want to protect earth too. If so, you will probably meet this Cocco-san. I'm truly glad! I seem to hear various of things.

In the Music Video it also had alan's birthplace in China and you did photographing, right?

alan: Yes. It had been a while but, it was difficult being far away ( laughs ). But, I was glad to meet my parents, and was also glad to meet my dog.

In the making video is it true that a poodle appeared?

alan: It's true. right now, it's living together with my parents. The truth is I took it to Japan but ... it was a bit lonely.

Even so the scenery is amazingly beautiful, inside it alan's red dress was amazingly and vividly beautiful.

alan: It was a folk costume dress. That design was done by a Japanese designer's teacher. Even I loved that dress.

[ desired future ] had the voice of a child in it, didn't it?

alan: For that song I went to various Japanese students. College students all of them were quiet adults. Middle school students were a bit shy. Grade school students were many children ( laughs ). Even I was a tomboy also ( laughs ).

The song that alan created [ together ] a very simple and gentle song, wasn't it?

alan: That song had an Okinawa folk song sound. The "you" that appeared in the song, is the whole earth. Together I slept with earth and lived with it. I listen to the sound of earth from my heart, understanding that made me feel all right. Therefore, I sang those feelings. In this album it had the whole earth's outline foundation which are earth, wind, sky, water and fire.

Hereafter, what do you want to do?

alan: Like my current sponge I'm absorbing information midway. Therefore, I want to challenge myself in various music, and I want to create songs and lyrics as well.

Lastly, please tell me about the whole world theme song of the movie [ Red Cliff Part 2 - toward future's last decisive battle ] which is [ eternity's river ].

alan: Hearing my song, I wish to feel the hope in life. I want to convey love, faith, courage and harmony to everyone. About the movie Part 1 it was more splendid. There was also a tear jerker scene. Watching the movie when I heard [ eternity's river ], I thought that I was deeply movie by it more.
