Wait...is a fan here getting angry that his copy is not being sent out 3 days before the release? Seriously? It's release date is the 1.1., any shipment before that is luxery, not something any of us is allowed to expect since as far as I know sending out stuff early isn't even perfectly legal.

Well, it's pretty normal in Japan. "Furage" days tend to happen where releases are in stores a few days before release and usually shipped around this time as well. It's why a bunch of people got their mu-mo shipments of A CLIP BOX super quickly.

I thought he was getting angry because of the possibility of upscales/not true HD.

Oh I misread that then, but even then we already knew most of these would probably be upscales so...it looks like ANother Song on FIVE was an upscale, too, and we weren't notified in advance, we'll just have to wait til someone gets it.

And I know it's normal in Japan, but it's not something promised to you when you order and it's not even supposed to happen so when someday it doesn't happen complaining about it would be ridiculous to me.

I hope the quality is just a bit better -at least- on the Blu-ray editions.

Oh it will be, even an automatic upscale greatly improves quality when done by professional software and supervised by someone with experience. Some of the 50s-90s bluray films released lately are automatic upscales with a few manual settings, they still look much better than their DVD-counterparts.

Ok known specs that I just saw. Says all vids are Linear PCM 2.0 audio and video is 1920x1080. Those are the specs on the bottom of the box.

I dunno what they charge as tax for Blu-Rays, but they charge 19% custom charges, and that whould be 40€+, so no express mail for me, because express mail is held by custom 99% sure <.<
