This is pretty interesting... Hottake BAND vs. Momoclo... And how in the world two girls on the other side of the Pacific (USA's Lady Gaga and Canada's Avril Lavigne) have higher NINKI ratings than Jin Akanishi!?

I have no idea who this Jin Akanishi is, but Japan loves LG and Avril so this is no surprise.

btw these are the numbers for their first day....

1 23,036 ＃ＪＵＳＴＪＩＮ - Akanishi Jin
2 18,109 ARTPOP - Lady Gaga
3 13,811 Avril Lavigne - Avril Lavigne

Jin might end up selling around 70k, Gaga something around 50~60k and Avril nearly 50k.

Japan is the only place where Avril is still considered relevant and where Gaga is still a hot commodity after she lost a lot of buzz/interest for Artpop.

I think either Avril or Lady Gaga will get #1 especially since what has happened to Akanishi in the past has damaged his reputation if not fanbase a great deal

Pity as if not for his really idiotic/over bearing cocky attitude , I would have purchased if not download #JUSTJIN but I'm not going to & to think I used to fancy him quite a fair bit which looking back makes me cringe like hell

AKB48 no surprise dominating top four of singles, no albums (though they're getting ready for one next January), and so does Arashi which has no surprise taking #1 album (though releasing only two singles)...

Now I just don't understand why much of the top 30 singles are dominated by idols (AKB or related, Johnny's)... (though it's not surprising by my standards my mind says I'm tired of it...)
