@ Karori I was searching the PV and found a 50 seconds video on youtube.

Hanabi is a very beautiful song. The PV looks nice but i think it's a bit boring^^

Completely agreed The more I listen to it, the more I love it.
IMO, one of her more recent best songs is Sakurairo from TRIP. I'd say it was her last song that touched me a lot. But now there's HANABI. And Garden is also a lovely great song
It seems like the old Rina's back!

rina announces retirement, all artist activities will be stopped in 2010. looks like she has a health problem and consulted with doctors and staff, and will be going to reset mentally and physically. very last album "LAST SCENE" will be out 9.15

OMG T^T And I posted yesterday news about her latest concert, preview looked wonderful... And it's going to be one of her last concerts ... But health is the most important, retire baby.
And today is her birthday... Happy 30th birthday Rina, wish you all the best, even though it's a sad day for your fans ...

She told the 1000 fans who had attended the event that “Before I sing the last song, there is something I want to tell you. I, Aiuchi Rina, have decided to retire from the entertainment industry.”

“I want time to look at myself from now on. When I decide what I want to do in the future, I will let you know.”

Aiuchi debuted in 2000 with the single "Close To Your Heart" under the Giza Studio label and has released 32 singles, 7 original albums, a best collection and 2 remix albums over the past ten years with consistent success and several No. 1s on the Oricon charts.

With her 30th birthday on July 31st, she has decided to "reset" her mind and body. Part of the reason is her health, which has been a problem in the past. After talking with her doctor and her staff, she felt that retiring was her best option.

Her last album "LAST SCENE" will be released on September 15 with her final concerts being in Saitama on September 18 and Hyogo on September 26.

i'm so sad...rina has been around jpop world for a very long time...
shocked...!!!

although hanabi is such a good song, and really beautiful but it's still not doing great on the chart, looks like japanese people is not interested anymore with her releases...

i wish the best for you, Rina...hope your last album will get a decent sales
