Remember that avex counts how many have been shipped, not the actual copies sold.

Yeah but the stores bought them, so technically it is a sale... just not necessarily by the general public. But since the figures are rather close, I think it covers a great deal of gray area. People like us who bought it, Avex had to ship to that store, but it may not have shown up on Oricon... So I think both figures are rather accurate.

I agree with you to a certain extent but you never know whether the figures are doctored but since avex's a major big player in the Japanese stock market , they'll be foolish to do such a thing nei

^haha, Avex (or any self-interested company) figures are often exaggerated (rounded up to the max)
