Warner Music Taiwan has updated their website with regards to ayaka's History 2006 - 2009 which was released last Fri

seems that only the 2CDs + DVD edition has gotten a Taiwan press release & not the edition with the photobook or the standalone 1CD edition - http://www.warnermusic.com.tw/artist/931/album

lol doesn't really concern me that much because I frankly don't have that much use for the DVD , I just stick with my Japan press edition that has the photobook it's nicer imo

It's funny cause the website is plastered with advertisements of the Best album. I wondered if maybe the drama was promotion for the album but I doubt it now since that seems so expensive and unlikely.

Oh and the actress is Hagu from the HachiKuro drama!
