I think this article is about the charity album that will Be realesed digitally soon to raise money for Japan as fast as possible.
I read about that on a Rihanna fansite.

EDIT: The site mentions Lady Gaga, Rihanna etc. but that's only to say that those artists have 'recognized' Far East Movement as a talented group. (In other words, they're just hyping it up: "Look! Kumi is collaborating with a group that other Western artists love! Now go listen to it!")
