I love Love songs too, but some of the choruses lacked the 'oomph' that choruses tend to have. There would be a lot of buildup with the verses and then you're sort of brought back down when the chorus kicks in.

Can't understand why people don't like this song, I think its amazing! Its one of the very few songs of her's that I have been able to get my friends to enjoy. I really think its one of her better, more modern songs in a long long time.

It could be because it's a little TOO accessible? The chorus is really nice even though (like Thank U) it's very simple and is basically Feel the love / night and day / you & me and we can dance all night / we can feel the love tonight / I'll be searching for my love on repeat.

November is one of my favorite choruses of all time! Right next to HEAVEN <3

Zeke, I think I understand what you're saying but I think that you might mean that the pre-chorus part sounds like the chorus and after that there's a real chorus lol. It sometimes happens to me anyway because I start singing the pre-chorus part as the "chorus" and then after I finish I get to the chorus and like (oh that's the chorus!) something like that lol.
November is actually one the beautiful songs. It's full of emotions and I love the arrangement. |

I cry right before the final chorus. I feel like I've been blessed by Godasaki.

I'm totally on the November love bandwagon! It's one of her most beautiful and emotional ballads, loved it since the very first listen.

As for Feel The Love.... i still don't feel that song, the arangement is still annoying the hell out of me, even tho i still do enjoy the melody, and the "you & me" part too, ayu just pronounces that so...i dunno..japanese tend to speak english as if they had a hot potato in their mouth lol i ave a feeling if they gave up a classical arangement like Me & You got the song would sound sooooooo much better.

So.....I finally listened to this again and Iove it. Like love love it. It acgually made me smile and idk the last time a song made me smile.
But its still calming and not too bright for me. I quite like the chorus and the instrumental parts. The verses sound likentypical ayu verses and thet get better as they go along I guess. Its weird for me to like this as much as I do right now lol. But im glad it exists. I quite enjoy it a lot. Its simple, but theres things I really like about it. Mmmm...some parts give me the feel of some of old Halvin Harris songs that I miss in that it relaxes me lol. But its upbeat. |

I agree with Zeke about the feeling of Love songs, and for me that's probably why I love that album so much, it's my top favorite Ayu album to listen from beginning to end because it flows so smoothly
![]() I actually tend to really like all TK's compositions, he's a great composer imo For Feel the love I think the main problem isn't the composition, but the arrangements...

Mmm, that radio rip. I have been listening to like 3 songs at the same time for the last week or two, haha. It's interesting how Feel the love can blend into the different albums...

I don't know, she's had bits here and there since 2002 and I think they work well in the songs.

In my opinion, ayu knows how to use the right amount of English in her songs. She also knows when to use them and when not to.

The English lyrics on RAINBOW were awesome. After that they've been more or less ok. I am not really bothered as at least her lyrics make sense and don't seem out of the place.

Um... what?
I think that (with the exception of everywhere nowhere's intro) it actually took away from the songs. Heartplace is a beautiful track that could've done without. Real me continues to be garbage. |

at least she hasn't gone to the point of releasing funny english song...or didn't use ACTUAL engrish like "I wanna Dreaming Now!" lol

Ayu's English isn't that great, but it's better then Kuu's or Namie's Engrish imo, probably because she's much more fluent now a days... And thank god Ayu doesn't release full English songs, the catchy chorus being in English is fine, but the whole song? No, thank you.

The only full english song I know/remember from her, is Someday My Prince Will Come cover from Snowhite. The rockish arrangement it's great, too bad I can barely understand what she's saying lol.
But overall, her engrish never bothered me.
