INKT to release 2nd full album in May

INKT's new album "square" will drop in stores on May 3.

The band's first album "INKT" was released two years ago back in 2014. The upcoming album received its title from the phrase "fair and square." As you can imagine, the members poured their straightforward feelings into the album.

To commemorate the album's release, INKT will hold events at Tower Records stores across Japan. The schedule can be seen below the cut.

Johnny's Entertainment Artists To Compete In Athletic Competition "Johnny's Athletic Meet 2017"

Various idols signed to Johnny's Entertainment will be participating in an athletic competition next month.

The competition, titled "Johnny's Athletic Meet 2017", will be held on April 16 in Tokyo at the Tokyo Dome.

Johnny's Entertainment's athletic competition was first held in 1996 and occurs on a semi-regular basis.

hyde, a member of L'Arc~en~Ciel and VAMPS, and Akanishi Jin will be appearing together on the upcoming episode of the talk show "Sashimeshi".

"Sashimeshi" is a talk show where guests chit chat while eating food. A wide variety of topics are expected to be discussed in a conversational manner.

hyde and Akanishi Jin's appearance on the program will be broadcast live through LINE LIVE on March 21.

JINTAKA To Reunite In April For Performance In Macao

JINTAKA is getting back together, this time to hold a performance in Macao.

Takayuki Yamada's announced the reunion through Twitter on March 23.

"As you may have noticed, JINTAKA tends to reunite," his manager said.

The duo will be performing together as part of the 21st China Music Awards. The annual music award show will occur on April 20 in Macao.

JINTAKA is a collaborative unit which consists of Akanishi Jin and Yamada Takayuki. The group debuted on September 21, 2016 and disbanded 13 days later on October 3, 2016.

Taguchi's TO THE NEXT LEVEL ～ Official Fan Club Limited DVD/Blu-ray will be released on 10th May

The footages were recorded from Taguchi's fanclub event that was held last Nov at Tokyo's TSUTAYA O-EAST
