Bridget song is one of her best tho and Promise you is cute. Just this new song is not my cup of tea, but still nice to know about Kenji composing stuff for her. Imagine a different PV for Promise you considering it was meant for their child, having Kenji writing the song and kuu giving the vocals to it while they are having fun with their little child, omg :3 happy family right there

I just can't get enough of the "LIT" PV I also can't believe how it literally blows all of the W FACE videos out of the freaking water...at least for me. (although "Ultraviolet" & "Insane" were still awesome! ) I love Kumi's current hairstyle - I love when she's experimenting with these different colors. Her outfits & dancers' outfits were all on total point, too - I also think after watching the PV a few times, the song has grown on me so much more! No one does summer better than our Queen Kuu!

Personally I feel it's so nice that Kenji has a hand in creating BRIDGET SONG , Promise you & now LIT

Both Kuu & Kenji are in the same business so it's only natural something like this will happen . Maybe in future Kuu will work on something in BACK-ON discography , that wouldn't surprise me if it happens

It's always so easy to criticise ala being a 'keyboard warrior' (try writing lyrics and/or composing a song yourself , sometimes it's easier said than done) but I feel this's another way of showing how they're keeping it in the family & let alone Promise you has a personal meaning + connection to Kuu

I've been a pretty bad fan for the past two albums, but I actually really like this song. It's light, catchy, and has a nice structure to it. The video was cute too. If she works with her husband to produce more songs like this, I'd be happy with the direction. I know, unpopular opinion

This Kenji talk made me remember how great All for you at Premium Night was, I've added that live version to some of my Spotify playlists and have been listening to it a lot since yesterday

btw I'm glad the PV is in full and HD on youtube, it was the least to do after not putting it on the DVD

Great that Kuu and Kenji worked together again... but I don't know, I just CANNOT get into LIT. I get this 1960s vibe and just imagine Kuu and her dancers doing the twist on a California beach. LOL I don't even like the music video, it looked so cheap especially during the dancing in water/water dribbling down glass with kuu leaning on it... Its the first time in a long time with Kuu that I've just absolutely not fallen in love or have a song grow on me after awhile. With a title like LIT, I was kind of thinking this would be a EDM-ish or club banging pop song.

I do love that tropical pant suit she's wearing in the music video, she looks good sans that gray and hint of a mermaid hair dye job.
