It's okay. And I kinda feel ashamed of my outburst back there. I am truly sorry, it's just that I was in a very bad mood when I wrote that outburst which I probably should've left unwritten. Kuu may be my queen of j-pop but I do like Ayu too quite a lot actually (I used to be quite obsessed with her three years ago too, trust me). I do respect her very much and I love her lyrics very much. But the point of this is to say that I do respect others opinions mostly too and I should agree more with this quote as it's more true lol:

I like both equally , music wise

that's why I don't understand why some people must insist who's better than the other which will led to un-necessary fighting on here

is it so difficult to like both artistes ? o_o it's not a crime at the end of the day , innit ?

It totallyisn't a crime I love both artists the most of all.

My top 2 favorites are Ayu and Kumi.

Kumi is my all-time fav since 2005, but I love Ayu,too, since I got to know her back in 2007.

I see. I wish I had started listening to amazing Kuu in 2005 too for heaven's sake. I would've seen the rise of our beloved singer. I started listening her properly somewhere in 2006-2007 I think (at first I almost ditched her because I was too obsessed with Ayu I think). I only saw how her sales started declining :/ But that doesn't matter because the quality is indeed the best. I should stay behind this thought more.

I'm cool. We are cool ya? I just didnt want to get misunderstood. And yea, im sure everyone one of us has an Ayu-craze moment/period. It surely cannot live on ultimately. But it's about how fast the craze will last.

I loveeee the calender cover actually! hahaha. Im a sucker for cool magazine concepts so this works for me. Seems like we're gonna see lots and lots of location shoots based on what is said on the cover. Actually, this year IS her tenth anniversary right?

she doesn't have a calendar for next year yet. it could wind up being better than kumis. the wig doesn't fit kumi's large facial features so i want to see what ayumi comes up with to make my final decision =)

Well every single year since I've loved Ayu, I've waited and anticipated her calendars - and every single year I've been disappointed. Finally for 2009 I gave up and asked for Ku's 2009 calendar after seeing how stunning it was. I've pretty much accepted the fact that there will never be an Ayu calendar worthy of hanging up on my wall.

I loved ayu's calendar more this year. Kuu had a couple poor images. Like the one in pink dress where she was so far from the camera. Couldn't tell it was her unless i was a pretty close distance to it. and the new one right now for Sept/Oct is awful. The 2009 Kuu Calendar is better. I just hope Kuu's this time around will be better or I'll cancel my order.

I love all of kuu's calendars! they're all gorgeous! judging by the cover of the 2011 one this will be no exception it seems

I like too. just hope the inside photos are better than a couple in the 2010 calendar. oh, and yes.... is that the Titanic? Maybe someone needs to rush over there and tell her its gonna sink.

Also, I'm pretty much equal fan of both ayu and Kuu. Just few personal thoughts why i think Ayu's winning (aside from JJ being in the blossom PV)

1) Kuu didn't include any extra tracks like instrumentals, remixes etc, while Ayu added on a bunch
2) the 3 Kuu songs PVs create a story, so u just know all 3 songs will be on the next album
3) Ayu included poster to everyone, while Kuu only offered hers to FC members

Still on the whole, I do LOVE both singles. And I must admit i was expecting that even if Kuu still came in 2nd place that she'd have sold more copies than she has so far. Guess we'll see what happens.
