^^You're probably right, since she is probably still recording. But who knows...maybe she already has titles and covers done, she just has to record the songs.

I'm not really anticipating this so much as everyone seems to be. There is the entire Holiday season to enjoy in the meantime! Come the album's release, the best time of year will be just about finished!

I just ordered my CD + DVD version of Love Songs

Wish I could win a candle, haha :3

It's my first Ayu order, so far I tended to buy Ayu things in Japan since it was cheaper and gave me this special feeling of being able to buy something 'right there', but since I got more cash this time I thought I will just do it. A pity I'll get it after xmas.

But then you can listen to the album to help ease you into the beginning of the new year! : D But I agree that we should just relax and enjoy the holidays without stressing about covers and stuff. I remember being really excited and anxious for the triple-release singles, but now I'm just like, "Well, whatever. Maybe we'll get this info on the 21st?"

(I love the Secret CD+DVD cover. It's one of my all-time favourites! And I don't mind the NL covers, I thought they fit, and I loved the poster--it was so fun compared to my other posters.)

when i got into the cd stores ayu album look different with other album..
mostly all of my friend who doesnt even care bout j-pop always say that her cover r gorgeous n damn beautifull

I think her album covers are never as good as the music. I think she's so much better than the album covers she has had overall. But you learn to accept them. Lol.

^ lol I think that too. they are usually pretty, but it's like, she deserves so much more for being as big as she is. there are really unpopular artists that have artistic covers that actually have something to do with the music.. yet ayu has like a lot of basic photographers and newbie photoshoppers do all her covers lol

^^opposite sometimes for me. I was so blown away by the NEXT LEVEL covers, but was definitely underwhelmed by the new tracks (rollin', identity, EnergizE)

Same!

But I don't think any of her original album covers beat her compilation/remix album covers... Seriously... A BEST, the entire ayu-mi-x series, ayu trance 3! Like she doesn't have one bad remix album cover, even when she's not featured on it lol.

I thought the cover for A BALLADS was amazing. I think she actually had a reason and theme behind it, too, which made it more awesome. (I think I read an interview about it? Or maybe I'm thinking about something else.)

The remixes do have really good covers though.

I don't think her covers are all that. I think they're good, but never mind-blowingly so. I do agree on some of the remix covers being amazing (my favorite cover of her is A BEST and...the remix cover with the butterflies). It's all about the music in the end, but her covers are more simple.

kinda OT but while I think her music is boring, Mika Nakashima's covers are almost always a "WOW".

I kind of agree, I think that sometimes people make Ayu's covers bigger than what they are when at most they're aesthetically pleasing. Works of art, life changing, ground breaking, innovative? Nah not really. But when they're good, they're good!
