B'z new song 'NO EXCUSE' used in CM for 'Smirnoff'

The CM stars actor Fuchikami Yasushi as a salaryman who opens a bottle of Smirnoff and begins "surfing" inside his home. B'z rhythmical number helps to create a relaxing atmosphere after returning from a long day of work.

B’z Announce New Single, New Album, And Hall/Arena Tour

Hard rock duo B’z have just made several major announcements for the coming year, confirming that they’ll be returning to full activities as a group. Firstly, the band will be releasing their 51st single “Uchouten” (“Ecstasy”) on January 14th of next year, with the title track set to be used as the theme song for the Nihon TV drama “Gakkou Kaidan”.

“Uchouten” will be B’z’ first single in almost 3 years and will come with one coupling track titled “Endless Summer”; the release’s Limited Edition weill also include a Live DVD of their “B’z Special LIVE” show at EX THEATER ROPPONGI from November 30th of last year.

In addition, though no release date has been confirmed, B’z have also announced that their 19th studio album “EPIC DAY” will be released at some point in 2015. As a result, they’ll be going on their “B’z LIVE-GYM 2015 -EPIC NIGHT-” tour between March and the end of May in support of this new album.

I guess Dark Suit + NO EXCUSE will be included in EPIC DAY since these 2 songs are not included in their upcoming single ? :O

B'z to release new single after 3 years

After celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2013, the members of B'z each began their solo activities in early 2014. "Uchouten" is a hard number that will be used as the theme song for NTV's drama 'Gakkou no Kaidan' (begins January 10).

Besides the title track, the single will include a song called "Endless Summer". In the limited edition DVD, you will find live footage to 9 songs they performed during 'B'z Special LIVE' on November 30, 2013 at EX THEATER ROPPONGI.

In addition, B'z will hold a nationwide tour called 'B'z LIVE-GYM 2015 -EPIC NIGHT-'. According to the first schedule revealed at this time, the tour will kick off on March 11 at Harmonie Cinq Kitakyushu Soliel Hall (Fukuoka) for a total of 27 shows. While the release date has not been determined at this time, B'z is scheduled to release their new album "EPIC DAY".

More artists for 'MUSIC STATION SUPER LIVE 2014' announced

TV Asahi's 4-hour music special 'MUSIC STATION SUPER LIVE 2014' will air on December 26 at 7:00 pm. The second line up of artists who will be performing on the show has been announced.
