I wish OLIVIA had more promotion, but she doesn't seem to be the promoting type either. cutting edge is a sub-label of avex, right? Their promotion ought to be fantastic. Anna Tsuchiya achieves higher average sales, I'd say, and both of them got a boost from NANA.

yup you're right , OLIVIA's under cutting edge which's a sub label of avex while Anna's under Mad Prey records which's also a sub label as well

it seems to me that Mad Prey does slightly more promo for Anna unlike OLIVIA

generally, avex singles dont sell as hot as album do. that's why EXILE's single just so so

Isn't it the other way around for EXILE. They're Singles usually do amazing and then their Albums only do just ok.

Last year, Exile Evolution managed to get 800k-900k I believe with like one of their singles selling like 300k and the others were like 150k-200k range. =/ (I just going be rememberance since wiki.thenpp is down. I might be a lil wrong about their single sales.)

Yeah it's a shame it's down, but I'm almost positive you're right. I know for sure their album sales have always been a lot more than their singles (I don't believe they've sold more than 500k with one single? Solo anyways).

you got that right because usually JE will do an instant amount of promo for their artistes's singles & also fangirls can afford to buy a lot of their singles unlike albums where it's too pricey for them

+ you can have a lot of different covers/versions pertaining to singles unlike albums . The most I have seen so far's KAT-TUN's DON'T U EVER STOP which's 4 covers
