Every article about alan's new album states that it has 12 tracks. Sites like QQ, Cloud Music or xiami as well.

The song maddy1111 posted was indeed intended in the first place to be in the new album according to some articles, but a Chinese fan declared later that it was just a song alan made "for fun".

No one buys physical copies in China, only a few singers release physical albums, the most popular (and most of them don't anymore).
And since albums don't sell anymore in China as well, album releases from Chinese singers are scarce... Actually digital singles are the common thing now.

alan said in an interview that she didn't care about profit. In C-Pop money comes from concerts, endorsements, performances at events, not from albums anyway.
