You need a Japanese address to have tickets mailed to you and payment methods are either in convenience store with a 30 minute limit to pay from when you place the order or a Japanese credit card. They don't accept foreign cards.

I am actually really feeling ALL RIGHT and PARTY. It reminds me of an album I'd hear released in 2002-2003-2004-2005 mixed with a little modern style of dance music. This is really cool.

My first thought when I heard ALL RIGHT was how much it reminds me of the late 90s/early 00s. And I just feel like, "Cool. I want something like this right now."
