Yes it was confirmed ages ago that the directed wanted a song in Japanese. The only English in the song is "ruuru".

It's probably a single, and if it is, it'll most likely be release prior to the movie by a week or two, so we're looking at February 25th or March 4th as possible release dates. Unless she doesn't release on a Wednesday, which would be weird.

March 13th in Japan is the movie, so it'd be the week before or two weeks before, movie singles seem to come out before the movies, I don't have confirmation that it's always like that though
