_genic definitely doesn't have the same longevity as FEEL, i don't listen to it as much as i thought i would to be honest.
Although i do find more of the tracks on _genic to be my favs, it lacks the unity of FEEL as a whole album.

But it doesn't bother me that much, i'll just do what i did with Uncontrolled for this album. Rarely listen to it all the way through but keep on coming back to specific tracks.

I am yet to watch LS 2014, so sorry if it's a stupid question, but has Namie ever performed the Ballada version of Contrail? It came on my shuffle today and I remembered how I was obsessed with it when it came out

Not to my knowledge, she usually sings the original.

I just want another BEST from her... I know Ballada just came out last year, but a standard BEST would be fine I guess... I'm still making fake tracklists with her biggest hits and as her albums are released, the list get longer and longer everytime

"Beutiful" is literally a beautiful song but she would have to correct the "it's no supplies"part that makes me cringe. I personally would love for her to sing "I have never seen" how that didn't make it to ballada but "think of me" did still blows my mind.

I never managed to get into Beautiful, it's a very "run of the mill" ballad to me and it comes off as a little too cheesy for my taste tbh. It did gives us one of her most iconic engrish lines tho, so there's that.
But when it comes to Namie's ballads the ones i love people seem to find below average anyway lol. Anything, Exist for You and Love Story doesn't get enough love!

We don't need another Best album. Especially since Ballada came out last year. What we do need though is a compilation album for all the songs that never made it onto any album.

i love Love Story and i really like Anything, i couldn't understand why people disliked it that much. Though my fave is Tempest lol
