I actually really hate the song. The music, mixing, vocals, and lyrics sound just like mariah carey. when the chorus came around the voice actually sounded the same o_o. i don't like mariah carey or similar styles, and i think the song is boring. did anyone else see this resemblance?

^I think so of them are saying it sound like MC/Rihanna/OneRepublic because of the piano parts in the song and the fact it's a slow pace song/R&B. They aren't that much alike like some them are making it out to be tho especially since different keys are being played.

Oh well, I like it and that's that. I think it's a great song I have a feeling she will actually get somewhere with this.

Utada’s official Japanese website has been updated with news regarding the release dates for her upcoming English language album. The as yet untitled album will be released domestically in the States on Tuesday March 24th, 2009, while a Japanese release of March 4th, 2009 has been confirmed. This follows the pattern set by Utada’s debut English language album, “EXODUS,” when the Japanese edition was released a full month earlier than the US version.

Another thing, I really don't get why people think she has to be "OMG deep" 100% of the time. Uh, she's human like the rest of us, and I'm pretty sure all of us aren't deep all the time. So neither is she.

I agree with what you're saying, and I understand where you're coming from, but I just don't think the song is up to par.

I think there are some awesome ballads out there that are in English that American artists have put out, and I just wish this one was better in it's initial composition, I wish it had a better melody, and I wish it was arranged so that it didn't sound so "normal".

But that's just me, because I expect a certain amount of quality from her and originality in at least some aspects of all of her songs, and it's a bias that I will always carry around...so, it shouldn't really mean anything to anyone else.

But I mean...it's fine what she wants to do.

I do enjoy her vocals on the track though. I think she has an interesting sound with this type of music.

I think it's okay that some people don't like the song. People don't have to, and I wouldn't expect everyone to.

I think the lyrical content in EXODUS didn't helped matters . I frankly was shocked when I saw the lyrics inside the CD booklet when I bought EXODUS
