^Sorry, but i never grew up hearing or seeing those words. To me "Stan" is just a guy's name. I have so much trouble keeping up with all the slang, expressions and everything else out these days.

Anyways, it's just a Britney music video. I also see all the kpop and jpop PVs after the original air time as we don't have channels for those here.
