Yeah, just you never hear about him anymore in the group. Did he leave for some reason? I've been listening to Do As Infinity from the very beginning and always found Ryo Owazaki and Van Tomiko to be present a lot more in songs and in promo images.

DAI used to be the main composer for Do As Infinity, but he parted ways with the group creatively some time ago and has not been involved with them in any capacity since their comeback.

I don't think it'll be something like MW and Days/GREEN, because if I understand it correctly, the CD-only versions of L will also have the special first press package, and for the MW-like longsleeves you need two discs.

I think there isnt another big big artist releasing in those 2 weeks, but i feel that her greatest competion will be herself. People might not buy crossroad until L comes out the second week, and so it might not get number 1 but might get high on the second week but not reach # 1 so thats what i think :S im hoping im wrong.
I just checked, and The Gazette is releasing RED their new single the 22nd so that might pose a threat to ayumi. I have a feeling crossroad will not reach number one. Gazette and Koda releasing the same day, and the fact that L will be released the next week and people will wait to buy them together, i think might add up to her not making number one but im praying not!

^uuhh... only other one on Sept 22nd i know at the moment is Kumi's new single "Suki de x3". And the preview sound real good. Like "yume no uta" and "you" quality.

The streak is really cool and impressing, that's why I hope she'll get No1 with the next 2 singles, so she can stop pushing herself to make japanese-friendly songs, and just release what ever she likes~

ps. (totally irrelevant i found a copy of A museum japanese version dvd at a store near me for around 50 dollars is that a good price?)

Well I kind of care But just because it's really impressing and cool and because it would be really sad to loose the streak when she's just like 2 singles away from getting it~ I think it would be kind of annoying to loose the streak now.
But it's not like I would stop following her, I love ayu's music (not everything but still a lot!) I just want her to get the streak and than I honestly don't care if she get's no1 anymore She could sell like 10 CDs, if the music is great, I would still listen to it^^

(not sure about the DVD, sorry ^^)

$50... what currency? US Dollars? If it is I'd say thats not bad. YA's asking $63.99US for it. And CDJ wants pretty close to same as well.

I come back after about a week and it's crazy here . I think the title "L" leaves me with a feeling is suspense. Or maybe I'm just think ing of that character L from death note .

There is always the chance one or both could be delayed. If they decide to hold one or both back and get a tie in for them, like they did with You were.../BALLAD.
