I know it has commentary and interviews too, but I can't confirm exactly what else besides the videos is on there from experience until my copy arrives, which should be in about a week and a half. I've also heard that on the blu-ray they are all (thankfully) full-HD, with the exception of Baby! Baby! Baby! and Oogoe Diamond.

EDIT: Translated the titles to romaji since I'm sure not everyone knows all the Japanese names.

AKB48 CAFE OPEN TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!

i just came back from the AKB48 Cafe opening, they were playing the DVD there, i saw some interviews too. It's great for me, coz i order my blu ray disc along with Ayu's CDL10-11 blu ray, so i had to wait till next month to watch it...

I wasn't there earlier when the members were there for the opening at 12.30pm, i reached about 4pm, but it was full, so i got into the waiting list and my turn was around 7pm!!!!!

No photography is allowed in the cafe, so i sneak some photos of the inside with my iphone, i'll upload them when i find my cable.

I knew about - Uncensored one - cellhpone release and now leaked in HQ
Censored one (also called Dance Version) - Got scenes fro making and dance - its on AKB official channel and single DVD

No it doesn't. We get the full, uncensored version on AKB ga Ippai (thank god).

Btw which girl is this?:



Whenever I watch the video I can't tell who she is, but her face looks creepy as **** in the PV. A lot of them I feel are a bit harder to distinguish in Beginner because of the makeup.

Earlier, we mentioned rumors regarding the formation of AKB48’s new “official rival,” Nogizaka46. Now, more information has been released, confirming that a new rival group will be formed.

On June 28th, it was confirmed that AKB48’s producer Akimoto Yasushi will form a new group, Nogizaka46. The group will differ from AKB48’s sister groups SKE48, NMB48, and SDN48 as they will operate as “AKB48’s Official Rivals” in their idol activities. The members will be chosen through open auditions starting on July 20th.

The members of Nogizaka46 will be hand-picked and produced by Akimoto and Sony Music. According to Akimoto, the “Nogizaka” part of the group name comes from the location of the last stage of the auditions, the “SME Nogizaka Building,” while the “46” comes from the idea that “Although there are fewer members than AKB48, they will not lose.”

For general open auditions, the first stage of auditions will occur on July 20th (selection by paper application); the second stage of auditions will occur on August 6th and 7th in 7 places throughout Japan (Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa) (selection through interview); and the last stage of auditions will occur on August 20th and 21st (selection through talents/skills). The first generation of Nogizaka46 will be composed of 20 members; starting in October, those who successfully pass through all the stages of auditions are set to appear in variety programs on television and will have a CD debut through Sony Music Records.
