The Ayu fandom gets pretty upset when comments are made about Ayu that say she is too old and criticize her face or weight. But yet the older dancers need to go because they aren't "fresh" anymore.

Agree. Turning 30 or even 35 doesn't make you old or ugly.

And nobody said it does. I am nearly 32, I don’t feel old nor ugly.

Taste in men however is subjective. I didn’t like Zin nor Subaru when they were 20 either.

Maro was such a mistake on so many levels.

I really liked Kayanocchi back then too but then she left. I don’t mind seeing the dancers during upbeat songs because they make it pretty fun. Just no more ballads with flailing dancers pls

I'm excited for new dancers! ZIN is one of my favorites, but if Ayu/ZIN/whoever feels they need a change then that's how it'll be (:
I know Ayu says the reason she doesn't just "stand and sing" is because she "wants to put on a show". But I'm not into that, my least favorite being ARENA TOUR 2015 performance of "Duty" - there's so much going on!! Tissuedancers, a dancer with a mirror and one with feathers and one in a wheel and and and oh my god what is happening?? It made me sad, with her look and hair and voice being so perfect <3 Ayu and I just have a different style, I realized that looong ago

She works so hard, I start to worry if I think about it for too long... I just have to swallow and trust her judgment, we only know what she presents to us.

Sooner or later the olderst dancers will all need to be substituted because they will be past their time.

Hmm... Didn't Maro do that? Does anyone know for how long if he did because my guess is he's not there anymore xD And Peco stuck around too, right? (though not a dancer, and I guess she was already doing a lot before background vocals...)

As far as I know, Zin and Ko are her choreographers.
She promoted Maro to a choreographer a few months before he left XD
