Well be with you. is also used to promote the movie tie-in. So if people like the song, but don't want to buy the album, they can buy the single.

Wait! I thought that be with you was going to be on the album??? If so, they might as well spend those little 3000 yen (does that mean 30 USD?) and buy the album. I imagine the person who is going to buy the single, likes BoA...so might as well spend their money the album....heck, if not both!)
