Wow! This is great news! Go Ayu Go!!!!!! I knew she could do it

Even if her sales do drop dramatically as some of you have suggested, this single will still have outsold both Talkin' 2 Myself and glitter/fated ( it will definetely do so by next week or the week after). That, in my opinion, its worth celebrating for! Ayu is still a force to be reckoned with, and I'll keep posting my cheesy inspirational posts throughout this thread, because I really do believe Ayu is worth it!

Well....it was fun while it lasted. I wanted her to lose that streak so badly. AVEX magic truly is powerful.

We all know that if it wasn't for that extra day, she would have lost it. You guys should be lucky that AVEX cheated planned the release date a day early. But i guess it's for the better. It saved most of yall from committing suicide or doing harm to yourselves.

Does oricon include digital sales (iTunes, etc), or is it just hardcopy sales within Japan? I know it doesn't include shipped overseas sales...

Digital sales, there are rankings and certifications (by RIAJ) but no numbers. Overseas sales, there aren't any official sales numbers (except for in Korea)
