Anyway, I don't understand.. what does happen when we try to order the singles?
Can't we just put the tenso address in the normal form?

previously, at TA shop when you key in tenso address, they auto detect it and know that you are from overseas, so they just redirect you to the oversea shop.
thus, you are unable to order from TA using tenso address.

at least you can be sure 100% that ayu understand english and will help us. imagine if the staff reading the TA message do not understand english? you are wasting your time, so just send to ayu is good enough.

I sent to Mr.Kaz (TA manager) a tweet asking about this issue with TAshop / tenso, I'm sure he understands English as I remember he replied aura in English... this time I'll not bother Ayu, she is very busy and imo she has a staff that handles all these things which should help us to solve this problem.

I asked about this from ayu earlier and today I tweeted Mr. Kaz. I hope they'll fix it soon... and for good!

Well, but sending a tweet might not be as eFficent, as sometimes they are unable to read all the tweets, and it will get spam by other tweets.

Sometimes, the only way that we can 100% be sure is through TA, as ayu read all the messages and it will not be spam by others.

And mami-chan, the problem was that, I don't know why, mu-mo decided to work together with Tenso offering a service int heir website for those who wanted to ship overseas. This way people had an alternative website with all products, and when purchasing you already had the Tenso address written, you just had to write your personal number of Tenso and your name...

But they just did that for the normal mu-mo shop, cause, again, I'm sure they didn't thought any TA member would want tos hip overseas.. but here we are XDD When we told Ayu they added a button -> "If you want to ship overseas press here" and we had an special TA-shop to use Tenso =)

They will do it again =)

For every release they post a new link to direct us to the TA-shop, and "crossroad" and "L" link was different from "MOON/blossom" preorders... they didn't put the link as a permament change so it dissapeared...

Well just wait till tomorrow =)

i was bored during my work, there's no customers around so i log into twitter and happen to see ayu online. My first instinct is to tell ayu(although i'm planning to write a TA message to her tonight, so i don't need to now.) about the problem, because i saw so many of you who can't buy.....
Although i had already order mine from crescent, but i feel sad that you guys have problem again

AND to my shock, ayu did saw my tweet and replied me!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!

^ha ha!!! you can imagine my shock when i saw a notification on my Blackberry, that i have new mention after my first tweet to ayu! i was like,'hmm...i can't be THAT lucky and manage to get a reply to ayu.'

then when i check it, IT IS AYU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally went...........OMGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!! it's a miracle i did not scream at my working counter. i'm selling cameras, and there are customers around, so it WILL BE a bad idea if i did scream.... (>_<) whew````
