PV version vs. Album/Single version

But the album version got played too many times for me, you know?

Nevertheless, both are still "kanariya". I love them~

All the song you mentioned I only listen to in PV version, maybe I tried album version once or twice but that's all. Definitely prefer the PV version of Fly High.

I also love PV version of Together When... with the car noise and marionette hitting the ground, it adds much more emotions. I like the intro melody in Fated PV with Shawn in the swimming pool / bath.

I know Fly High is the Voodoo and Serano mix.

I very much prefer Endless Sorrow's single version; it's much more dramatic and melancholy than the album version, and I absolutely love the string arrangement.

Although this wasn't brought up in the first post, what about sample versions of songs in CMs??

For example, STEP you in the Panasonic commercials, About You in the Morinaga Bake commercial, July 1st and Moments in the Visee commercials, you know?

I honestly think STEP you's remix on "fairyland" was an attempt to try to slow down the instrumental pace to match the Panasonic version.

I love Daybreak PV version than the album version imo. I believe Daybreak PV ver. has the nostalgic feeling that gives a feeling of hope which Daybreak expresses at the first place, right?

Endless sorrow PV version is way better than GWTW version. The album version is kinda flat as Delirium-Zero said and it has a childish feeling on it in contrast of the song lyrics. The single arrangement suits the song's meaning and the PV itself.

I'm surprised that many people don't enjoy the original version of Endless sorrow. I prefer both! ~gone with the wind ver.~ is below the original however for me. I much rather listen to the original.

I heard H/\L's mix of Fly high first, so I'm used to that version.

I adore again, H/\L's version of Daybreak. I think there's more emotion to it.. it's a very peaceful mix.

LOVE ~destiny~ is the best. All the other ones are poo poo.

also, these are small changes, but the my name's WOMEN and Days PVs had the bridge extended and the ending extended respectively. I prefer the slightly longer version of Days.

I prefer the extended ending as well. I think it does a better job of driving the message of the song home.

GREEN is an amazing song period but yeah, I like the extended bridge in the PV more than the regular version.

I remember not liking WHATEVER at all the first few times I listened to it on Loveappears but when I saw the PV for the first time the other day (yeah, I'm a pretty recent Ayu fan since 2008, lol) I absolutely loved it. Now I know why because the versions are different, lol.

It's been a long time since I've seen the Fly High video so I don't remember the PV version at all. I love the album version though.

I do prefer the album version of Daybreak over the single. It's a lot more melancholic and smooth.

I have yet to hear Love~Destiny~ or the original Endless Sorrow but I don't like the album versions at all so I'm going to go listen to the originals now and see if I like those lol.
