How do you organize your Japanese music?

Kanji. I can remember most characters anyway.

kanji for the song title, and then i put the english and the romanji in the info section

My song titles (if given are in Hiragana) otherwise English, and my artists are in Kanji

I write everything in Kanji (or whatever writing is used, symbols etc. I always use what's written on the OHP/back-cover), but I always put the Romaji in the lyrics section.
That way I can look it up easily, even when I'm using my iPod

I will have all artists if name is in hangul/kanji. If not, English.
Titles will be in kanji apart from these exceptions:

• Titles in english like MOON or blossom
• Titles romanized like Anna Tsuchiya's Atashi.

For the display artist I put the Romaji/English name. For the album artist I put the Kanji name.

But the official way of writing Anna's Atashi is "Atashi" so it's not really romanized

Usually kanji... But if I'm sure I won't be able to remember where what song is then I put romaji to find it quickly~

In the media player I have the song and artist tagged as the artist has put it, eg:

INSPIRE - 浜崎あゆみ

But then I have the media file saved in romanji, eg:

I organize like this.

"romaji/kanji + english"
Itunes library: Kanji/English
On ipod touch: English/romaji(for the lyrics)/Kanji

I use kanji, expect if I don't find a kanji version of a artist name/song title, then I use romaji. And english is english of course. I used to use only romaji awhile ago but then I got so annoyed when all the perfectionists on last.fm come to say it's not right to use romaji and I don't understand what the hell is wrong with that at first but then I got so annoyed and modified my own files. Took me two months to complete this because I got so much asian music on my computer lol.
