anyway...anyone else think she doesn't really have a lot of ballads?

She really doesn't! There's Get myself Back, then the meaning of us, and then two or three from play.

But personally, I'm really happy with it. Artists are always forced to pump out ballads because the public like it, especially the Japanese public, and I often find them boring and tedious. If the ballad is good (like baby don't cry), then I don't mind, but so far Namie hasn't bored me with her upbeat songs so eh XD

I do. But I like her upbeat songs more though...
Not that her ballads aren't gorgeous. NEVER END is my favorite ballad.
