That might be because of the make up. The last few years they've been drawing her eyeliner downwards to give her puppy eyes and this time they've drawn it upwards which can make the eye look lifted, slightly pushed up.

I like the cover it's cute but I agree it reminded me of the old one

Also, I'm pretty sure she's wearing circle lenses or something. Her eyes look a lot darker than usual. Still super cute tho

Oh. I always thought it was "Begh-ahs Up", like Bea was short for Beatrice or some other similar girl's name. I might also have gained bias for that because there is a kind of store called "Bea" (pronounced Begh-ah") in my area. But now I know!
Anyway, while the picture looks great, it's not really getting me hooked as other cover shoots have. The general look has me excited for the inside pictures though!
