^Talk about a blast from the past! I hadn't seen that performance in ages. The secret period of her career remains a true highlight for me. You can just see the talent and the HUNGER during that time leading up to First Things.

Yeah, the performances from the Secret era were good, she was full of energy and giving her all during all the performances basically.

It would be nice if the whole things was broadcast by MTV, which I believe it wasn't, because she performed Break it down as well, and the choreo was described as "intense". It was probably different from the Black Cherry Tour one.

緊急事態宣言が解除され、外出自粛や休業要請が緩和されつつあるとはいえ、まだまだ思うように活動ができな い中、自宅で簡単に、かつ楽しくエクササイズができればという思いから企画された、くぅちゃんのエクササイ ズ動画「How To Dance」シリーズが配信中！

2020年4月13日の第1弾「BE MY BABY」からはじまり、2020年5月29日には第6弾となる「HUSH」が配信されており、「め組のひ と」などライブでも人気のある楽曲と振付をエクササイズとして楽しめると人気。

そんな中、せっかくなので自宅で本格的にエクササイズができちゃう曲を作っちゃおう！ということで、20周 年第1弾シングルとして「puff」が制作されました。

エクササイズに励む人々はもちろん、目標に向かって努力している全ての人に向けたファイトソングに仕上がっ ています！

ちなみにタイトルの「puff」は息切れのこと。

puff is described as a light and cute pop song which you want to move your body to. A song that allows you to exercise at home, a fight song for everybody working hard. The title symoblises running out of breath or panting.
It's the 1st 20th Anniversary single!

From what they say we will probably get a how-to-video with it even though they don't directly mention it.

All singles coming will probably have a cover from this shooting, regardless of the song.
So it fits the 20th anniversary theme/project and forms one consistent unit.
