hmmm purity or not.... I DO THINK... it was supposed to look and to make the viewer think it's semen... the PV is like that "delicately perverted" but with style and taste....

That "lets-call-it-paint" maybe really do represent "purification" but it REALLY does look like semen...

TRUST ME... PAINT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT...

It's supposed to be semen obviously, whether it stands for purity or not... But i know they didn't use just paint... maybe glue and paint combined.
