my friend from japan told me that oricon only counts sales from big company like
HMV, tower record and such...it wouldn't surprise me if ayu already pass the 300k mark if counting those little cd stores sales

Thanks for the news! Wow, it's interesting to compare how INSIPIRE, Moments, and No Way To Say sold. But at least all of them have sold well.

I think INSPIRE is very strong lyrically. More so than most of her recent songs, I would say. That electronic siren thing is kind of annoying, but the song shot way up on my list after I realized what she was saying. I like its frankness.

And just for comparison, that's a lot better than Utada's new single, which has weird, video game-sounding music and cringeworthy lyrics.

shes selling well compared to others, shes beaten the 8/4 released in the daily, and possibly beat the 8/11 releases

i personally didnt think inspire was all that great. but since its third on this sales stat, i guess ill just congragulate her. i really hope ayu's next release will be better.
