Your thoughts on HEAVEN single so far

OOOKAY I finally FINALLY listened to that preview mp3 and... omg. OMG OMG OMG. I need this single, that's all there is to it.

HEAVEN is just beautiful. A ballad of hers hasn't actually made me tear up since teddy bear, and a ballad released as a single never has. Ever. I mean, i'll like them, but neither SEASONS nor Dearest made me cry. And i just don't feel a thing listening to CAROLS

Will.... well, i haven't actually had my jaw drop when i listened to a new song in a CM since I found out that Moments was definitely actually ayu singing. It sounds as if she specifically took vocal lessons JUST for this song. She sounds incredible. This is, by far, the best she has EVER sounded. Nevermind the song itself; it is beyond gorgeous. The traditional instruments, the synthesizers, and the acoustic guitar all make it such an interesting song! While the melody isn't catchy after one listen, it is a good one. One of those melodies where the feeling is pre-injected into it.

The orchestral verison of alterna is weak from the preview, no real dynamic or feeling to it. Seems kinda default. No musical genius there but an interesting take on the song.

The piano version of HEAVEN is very very pretty, although not as interesting as the acoustic version of No way to say. But it does beat out the piano version of Moments by quite a bit.

In summation, this single = very yay!! ^__^

This next album is going to rock. Never before have all the pre-album singles made me just go "Hey, this song is really really good!!" for EVERY SINGLE SONG. Something tells me ayu's finally found her element and her style, and she's comfortable with it. This whole group of songs so far is really what ayu does best. She's finally pinpointed it, i think. She was good before, I think she's perfect now.

i dont think the HEAVEN is full version
coz there is the 5:04 version. My friend said there is also a new PV which is 5:04 ... and he sent me this mp3 which is ripped from the new PV =)
The 5:04 version sounds weirder they just add the chorus in the after the first verse ~~

YES that is so true about everything you said!!
Since MY STORY I thought ayu was doing something she does best or in a way is her own experinmental in music(something she likes) and this year every single she released has been great...the singles from 2002-2004 is just lacking something I can't pinpoint it...

Her 8th is going to ROCK!!!
don't think she'll release another single after HEAVEN...unless she change the patter by releasing another single after it..

Disappointing. The only good thing about this album is Will, and maybe Alterna orchestral.

i like this single too! nice songs, great and simplistic cover and disc art. what more can i ask for?
