I am really ignorant about this kind of thing. Who owns "images" like these? Maybe I am wrong, but my guess is that some of the same staff (designers, stylists, photographer) were involved with both shoots. It could be a case of them recycling their own work.

It's one thing when it has some resemblance to the original, but an outright copy is just wrong to me. If it was Ayu on the cover, it'd be ok, but I don't think u can sue people for using the same pose and clothes for another ad.
