it didn't air yet, since the marathon started an hour ago, but i saw another CM with nami singing the HSM song! i can't wait to see her video!!

Been watching since 11(central) and Nami's video still hasn't aired. I'm beginning to think they won't air it till the evening.

They just played it. It was good. They only wore the colorful getups on the last chorus.
It started with Nami playing on the piano then showed scenes from HSM2, then of Nami singing, and simple dance moves with dancers, who started off wearing all white.

i remember seeing Shimatani Hitomi singing When There Was Me and You (i think thats the title) one day last year when i was watching disney channel. Thats the only other instance where ive seen a Jpop star on american tv

it's a worldwide thing for high school musical. they have artists from the world sing their songs and i think it went on some CD or something. i dunno, but it's basically more HSM promotion.

AAA - Minna Star!
Nami Tamaki - You are the music in me
Hitomi Shimatani - when there was me and you

i think that's the only artists from japan who covered songs.
