that dress is beautiful! much better than that low-cut one. lol! i would have done the makeup a bit differently, but heck, that's me. but she looks very tired. either she's so busy or she still getting used to time change.

I see a lot of people were lucky to get really close to her - looks calm and controlled, completly different to the Hong Kong sightings.
