Question about my "A BALLADS" CD

I bought my "A BALLADS" CD at an anime convention last year. The artwork of the actual CD looks like the cover of my CD case rather than the overseas or Japan version:

So, what's up with this? Am I just lucky to have such a CD cover? haha I'm just curious, really.
