I know I've already posted that in another thread, but isn't Ueda KAT-TUNs leader? Nakamaru was supposed to be the leader as the oldest, but as he is/was always(?) late Ueda as the second oldest became the leader.

It's interesting that my view on certain KAT-TUN members changed drastically over time. The first interview I saw was their first(?) HEYx3 appearence after their debut. Taguchi seemed so mature, Nakamarus voice sounded arrogant, Akame seemed to be loving themselves too much and Ueda was... normal. xD

i know Ueda isn't the leader anymore. i don't exactly remember why he stepped down, but i think he didn't like having "leader" status and all that. they tried a contest on a TV show to see who should be leader, but it went unresolved.

they usually make Kame do all their promo since he's good as a MC, LOL.

KAT-TUN sort of never had a real leader, I don't think. It's like an unofficial title. For example, Yamapi is clearly the leader of NEWS and it's referenced in interviews. The same isn't done for KAT-TUN. For a while, it really did seem like Kame had the leadership thing down pat. Right now, it's a little nebulous, like any one of them could take the title.

i kinda like the fact that K-T doesn't really have a leader. they work as a group, instead of depending on a certain someone to direct them. each one of them has a distinct personality, so if they did have a leader, i could imagine a lot of arguments/fighting going on.

i think the other groups that don't have a leader are KANJANI8 & Hey!Say!JUMP.

Sooo, at the jone_records community on LJ, there's a rumor that a future cartoon KAT-TUN guest is Haruka Ayase and that the guys will be on Utaban in May. 1) Haruka Ayase is possibly one of the most adorable actresses ever. 2) I love Utaban. I hope those rumors are true!

And the fans who were in the ballot for KAT-TUN concert tix will hear the results in May. *is jealous*

OMGYES. i love Ayase Haruka. she's absolutely adorable! her, Toda Erika, & Horikita Maki are my favorite j-actresses. (yeahhh. i know they all starred in a j-drama w/ Kame. LOL)

man, i'd sell my liver just to go to a KAT-TUN concert. srsly. even if i get horrible seats. I WANT CON GOODS, LOL.
