Quite the contrary actually , it makes me feel very happy. I just get this little at home feeling when I listen to it because it sounds like Ayu's older works. I can understand why it might make you feel a little sad though, there is a bit of a sorrowful twist to it in a way.

I remember the first time I listen to this song, i believe it's a happy song..
but after reading the lyrics and everything..the songs sounds different thou..

This can be said of every song out there as there is no such thing as a perfect song that will please everyone equally.

ayu's the only singer who can make my eyes teary and cry but MY ALL is the kind of song that actually makes me happy and overwhelmed.
ayu cried while she sang it since it's really sentimental for her and it does make me feel sentimental about it, this song is really beautiful. Can't believe I didn't like it at first XD.
It so grew on me I love it.
Some of ayu's ballads mainly can make my cry and they're the only songs that are capable of doing it.
