Flavor of Life numbers were technically 2 songs - the Ballad and the Original versions put together...

^So is that why they state it as "japan's best-selling digital single" instead of song?....because if so then Aoyama didn't break Hikki's record but created a new record. =/ I read that source listed but it's only saying she beat out Greeen's record and nothing about it outselling FOL. On top of that it's saying best selling song for full mobile song on chikaku (sorry for the spelling

). This record is confusing. @_@

I don't like that she broke hikki's record for FoL, it's much better than soba ni iru ne >_<

I think that soba ni iru ne is a nice minus song not more. Maybe the lyrics got everyone's attension...

Soba ni Iru ne's not bad , I just wish SoulJa's vocals weren't there to begin with & the video for Soba ni Iru ne is quite boring as well , it wouldn't hurt Aoyama to come up with an interesting video right ?

People, please read. FOL is the highest selling digital single, this is the highest selling digital song. You guys really think Thelma could've gotten 7 million downloads like the FOL single did?

not really, as she would have to use a large bag to cover her head if she wanted to beat FoL. Anyhow SoulJa's version was better imo. I somehow detest Thelma.

I do agree that Thelma is a better singer (she has far better technique), and that she is indeed more attractive, but there is no way she could ever outsell First Love. It just is not going to happen.

I suppose her next single will be the best selling in Japan as well. The only thing hot that Thelma can do is put a person to sleep. =/

Have you even seen some of Hikki's pics? I'm sorry but there's nothing really remotely attractive about Thelma. Hikki wins ten fold. (expect for that recent pic of her at CDTV....Thelma beats her in that pic.

Ummm, yes, I've seen "some of her pics". I was a fan of Hikki long before I liked Ayu, so don't even get me started on if I know what the woman looks like. She isn't ugly, but she's far from stunning in my opinion. Thelma isn't absolutely gorgeous either, but I do think she is much more attractive than Hikki. Her mixed heritage contributes greatly to her beauty.

Even with her mixed heritage, she still isn't a looker IMO. Idk....I think it's her nose and the ways she smile at times that's a turn off and that makes me think that way about her. There are many pics of Hikki that would prolly make some think "Why don't she rank in those Oricon beauty polls like Ayu?" DDD: I'm not try'n to make it seem like Hikki is the best damn looker there is (because she isn't...there are days she's srsly fugly) but I certainly think she's a candidate to best Ayu in the beauty department/polls.

I think out of everyone, the only one known for her true musical talent, beauty, and sexiness is Thelma. I can\'t wait for her US debut! According to several rumors I\'ve heard, she\'s working with the Pussycat Dolls!

That's very true, she is a global phenomenon that is taking over the planet! I heard she got hired to be Nicole's replacement.

Erm, Diddy recently announced that he was adding Thelma to Danity Kane and getting rid of Aubrey.
